To conclude this year 2023 let us take a look at the last monthly summary<\/strong> about the association and the Honua Honu project.
You will find all the events that took place during the month of December.

The association’s very first general annual meeting<\/strong> took place on December 14th at 8pm<\/strong> (CET) on the Honu Discord<\/a> in the presence of the board members and several members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reviewed the various events that marked 2023 the association’s start-up year including membership numbers budget and the 3 donations made to various associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As announced last month Lalilou’s<\/a> in-hand donation to Tortup\u00f4le<\/a> the turtle village enabled her to take a full tour of the center accompanied by Franck the director, and Alik his assistant.

If you would like to find out more about the different turtle species both marine and terrestrial and the work carried out by the center Cryptortue has put together a great article<\/a> detailing each part of the village.

If you are not far from Carnoulles do not hesitate to drop in for a visit and discover the center.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

During this month of December a time for sharing and giveaways Honu Claus was very generous in distributing gifts to members of the association and Honu holders.
A total of $EGLD 1.8 was donated as well as NFTs from artists appreciated by the community gifted by Cryptortue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To close 2023 the association is proud to have passed the 50 members mark thanks to the arrival of JPLeRossignol<\/a> among us.
But since his arrival we have been lucky enough to welcome three other people to the association: Bock Rapha\u00ebl<\/a> 3D-Max<\/a> and Yoyo<\/a>. This brings us to the end of the year with a total of 53 members.
To thank each and every one of them for having been present during this year of \u00ab\u00a0birth\u00a0\u00bb we have decided to offer each member the card renewal for 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A competition will be held at the beginning of the year to choose the new visual of the membership card. If you feel like an artist or know one do not hesitate to take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again a big THANK YOU to all our members for their participation in this adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you know between the purchase of food veterinary care maintenance of the premises and many other items money is often the most difficult point for an association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is one of the goals Honua Honu has set itself as it strives to donate to the associations that need and deserve it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a turbulent life and many adventures Honu Snow likes to return to the island of Honua Honu to enjoy the peace and quiet and long walks accompanied by Ghost his faithful white wolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
