Honu’s weather report – November
We continue our monthly summary with this new web edition of the weather report which you can also read on Twitter every Wednesday.
To keep you up to date with the progress of the project and the association these publications will provide you with the latest news so you will not miss a thing.
Events and news
As announced last month Cryptortue organized the sale of the Honu Halloween 2023 collection to benefit the Carnoulles Turtle Village.
On this occasion 15.12 $EGLD (equivalent to 410 €) were donated directly to the village.
When Lalilou received her donation certificate she met Franck the village manager and Alik his assistant.
Thanks to them she was able to visit the village and discover the work they do.
Our Turtle-in-Chief has prepared a summary to explain everything.
On November 28, an AMA was held on the Honu’s Discord hosted by Cryptortue and Lilwhitecamera.
More than 35 participants had the chance to get more information about the book’s progress the different packs available and how to get them.
Pre-orders will begin in January next year for a limited time.

A new game has appeared on the Discord.
To help Lilwhitecamera work in the comfort of her basement, she needs your help. Help her by giving her a daily ration of yoghurt this hedgehog lover’s favorite food as well as candles so she can see what she is doing and keep her warm to avoid scribbling on her drawings from shivering.
If you would like to take part go to the Casin’honu to collect the $HC you will need to buy the items.
Vernissages are good but MetaVernissages are not bad either.
We had proof of this on November 26 thanks to the great “Fa’a’amu” evening organized by the DinoVox Foundation and DinoVox.
They presented 4 talented artists.
Lilwhitecamera, Gothsa, AlexPaulNice and Vangcki.eth dazzled everyone in attendance and made it possible to purchase some of their works exclusively with part of the proceeds going to the DinoVox Foundation.

ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
No new members have joined the association this month.
However for those already present the second shipment of membership cards is on its way and some have already received them.

Honu de Riv : The White Wolf of Honua Honu

After undergoing special training and mutations in his body that gave him supernatural powers Honu de Riv lost the coloring in his hair earning him the nickname “White Wolf”.
Thanks to these ordeals he became one of the world’s top witcher.
Despite his loneliness and temperament he will always be happy to help you if a monster attacks you while you are wandering around Honu Island.
But if you are in a hurry do not hesitate to bribe him with a coin to make things go faster. Take care aim carefully or be prepared to suffer the consequences.
R2D’Honu : The Robotic Duo of Honua Honu

Despite the six million languages spoken by R2D’Honu it is sometimes hard to understand these two robots.
Like two old friends who cannot stop bickering these machines do not mince their words regularly calling each other names.
But despite this angry side and their regular disagreements these two companions remain inseparable commanding the respect of other.
If when you meet R2D’Honu on Honu Island you would like to hear all about their countless adventures you will need to allow plenty of time.
Krat’Honu : The God of War of Honua Honu

After a tragic event in which he accidentally killed his family with his own hands Krat’Honu set out on a quest for vengeance against the gods.
After a tumultuous journey punctuated by many impressive battles he finally stopped on the island of Honu where he could rest in isolation from the other Honu.
Rumors are circulating on the island about the presence of his son and his secret visits to his father.
But only if someone dares to ask him the truth.
Honu Gadget : The Silly inspector of Honua Honu

As a result of the many adventures and puzzles Honu Gadget solved he often found himself in the most burlesque situations.
Thanks to his many gadgets often useless but above all to his four-legged friend he always managed to get out of trouble and back to Honu Island without a hitch.
Do not stand too close to him as he recounts his adventures during evenings spent around the beach fire or you risk getting hammered out of his hat or carapace without warning.
